Jeff Aplin is the Chief Executive Officer at Aplin, a national Canadian staffing firm. Based out of our headquarters in Calgary, Alberta, Jeff is proud to lead Aplin as a private growth company in the staffing industry. Before joining Aplin, Jeff spent several years as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting, specializing in strategy and operations. He holds an MBA from the University of Calgary and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
Aplin is a Platinum Member of Canada's Best Managed Companies program and has won recognition in consecutive years from 2011 to the present. A recipient of one of the 2016 Business in Calgary Leaders Awards and a Prairies Finalist for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2025 Award, Jeff has been recognized for his strong leadership within the company, personal integrity, industry involvement, and commitment to community and philanthropic activities. Since 2022, Jeff has provided his entrepreneurial expertise as a Fellow and facilitator of the Birthing of Giants Fellowship Program at Princeton University, where he has discussed Aplin's growth strategy.
