Kent McCrea is President and CEO of Procom, an IT services and workforce management firm serving clients across North America. Kent joined Procom in 2006 and has held leadership roles across the business, bringing a practical, operator’s perspective to building a high-performing staffing organization.
As COO from 2015 to 2023, he led initiatives to strengthen service delivery and consistency across the enterprise. Since becoming CEO in 2023, Kent has focused on sustainable growth, disciplined execution, and continued investment in the capabilities that enable long-term client partnerships. He is a long-time supporter of community initiatives, volunteering as a Scout Leader and serving on the boards of two local organizations. Kent holds an MBA (Rotman), a business degree (Wilfrid Laurier), and is a CFA® Charterholder.
