Jim McCoy was named CEO of Atlas HXM in late 2023. Atlas HXM is the largest direct provider of Employer of Record (EOR) services, with fully owned entities in 164 countries and territories. Under Jim's leadership, the team supports more than 400 clients and 5,000 client employees worldwide. The company delivers a direct employment model that enables organizations to hire and operate in countries where they do not have established legal entities. Services include talent advisory, payroll, benefits administration, and global mobility solutions that support international expansion and remote workforce strategies.
Prior to joining Atlas HXM, Jim spent 14 years with ManpowerGroup. During his tenure, he led enterprise sales across North America and oversaw the expansion of their global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) business into 56 countries. His RPO team hired approximately 250,000 individuals annually on behalf of clients. The business was, and continues to be, recognized as an industry leader in scale, capabilities, and revenue.
