Arnab is the Chief Executive Officer of the GATI Foundation, where he leads the organisation’s strategic vision and partnerships focused on strengthening global workforce mobility, skills, and economic opportunity. With over 25 years of experience across India and Asia, he has built, scaled, and transformed businesses across sectors, including fintech, retail, B2B commerce, real estate, and institutional banking.
Arnab has been a founding member of Niyogin Fintech, India’s first listed fintech NBFC, and Claryty, a platform that partners with MSMEs to help them achieve business growth. Over the course of his career, he has built and led more than ten independent businesses and supported organisations in scaling operations and building sustainable growth models. He also serves as a board member at Printo, an advisor to Kshamata, and an International Coaching Federation–certified leadership coach focused on helping founders and promoters execute with clarity.
Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, Arnab held senior leadership roles at global financial institutions, including Citibank, HSBC, and ANZ, where he led commercial banking operations for Greater China and managed a balance sheet of approximately $4 billion.
For the past seven years, Arnab has also been a partner with Social Venture Partners, where he has worked in the development sector, focusing on livelihood generation and systemic solutions.
