Pam Sands is a recognized leader and advocate for the power of work and human capabilities, dedicated to workforce innovation, economic resilience, and inclusive employment opportunities. She champions public-private partnerships to evolve workforce and workplace strategies for the future of work.
Pam serves on the executive board of the World Employment Confederation and the Future of Work & Social Impact Council for IAOP. A 2023 and 2024 Staffing Industry Analysts Global Power 150 honoree, she is a past member of her local United Nations Association.
As a Sr. Principal & Strategist in the Chief Diversity Office at Kelly, she leads strategic projects & partnerships, workforce inclusion & innovation and supplier diversity. She previously led Kelly’s Global Supply Chain organization and holds a BA in Organizational Leadership from Trinity International University with certifications in SWP, CWDP, and SRM.
