Founded in 1996, Bedard HR started with an office in Côte-des-Neiges, Montréal, and only three employees. Since then, we have experienced steady growth, opening offices in Laval, Quebec City, Longueuil, Montréal, Vancouver, Toronto, and Edmonton, which today allows us to operate on a Canadian scale. From 15 employees in 2006, we grew to over 120 by 2016. Today, Bedard HR has eight offices and we offer four main areas of expertise: recruitment, headhunting, outsourcing, and HR consulting services. In 2022, we celebrated our 25th anniversary with a new brand image and a new website. In 2026, we will proudly celebrate 30 years of Bedard HR.
