CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations can be cancelled with a refund minus a processing fee of $100CAD if received in writing before February 27, 2026.
Between February 27 and March 15, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded less the $100CAD processing fee.
After March 16, 2026, no refunds are available. Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost; please notify us in writing at Jennifer with the new attendee’s details. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference registration team Jennifer and will be processed in May 2026, after the event concludes.
