Given the conference's global nature and audience, all sessions will be conducted in English. At this stage, no simultaneous translation is foreseen.

In May, Toronto experiences mild spring weather, with average temperatures between 12°C and 20°C (54°F–68°F). Longer daylight hours and blooming parks make it a perfect time to explore the city before the summer crowds arrive.

I need to cancel my participation. Can my ticket be reimbursed? 

Registrations can be cancelled with a refund minus a processing fee of €50 if done before February 15, 2026. Between February 15 and March 16, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After March 16, 2026, no refunds are available. Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost; please notify us in writing at [insert email] with the new attendee’s details. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference registration team ([insert email]) and will be processed in May 2026, after the event concludes.

How do you get to the conference venue from Toronto airport? 

The nearest international airport is Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ), approximately 30–40 minutes by car to the hotel. Transportation options include:

  • Taxi or rideshare (Uber/Lyft)
  • Public transit (UP Express train from Pearson to Union Station, short walk to the hotel)
